Heather A. Smith (Executive MBA, University of Nebraska at Omaha; B.S. Biology, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN; R.N., B.S.N. Creighton Accelerated Nursing Curriculum, Creighton University, Omaha, NE) is the Manager of Value Analysis at Children’s Hospital in Omaha, NE. Heather began her career with Children’s in 1997, and has worked as a pediatric Staff RN, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Nursing House Supervisor, and Administrative Coordinator for Nursing Administration. Her passions include the wonder of watching her 8 year old daughter grow into an amazing person, and strengthening her connections to friends and community. She is inspired by the strength and the contributions of other women, and intrigued by the stories that each of us has to tell.
