Most recently, as Senior Vice President, Branch Service Center Manager, Suzanne was in charge of supporting the operations and products of 700 branch offices in Bank of the West’s 19-state footprint. Her responsibilities included oversight of support operations and debit card departments. Prior to this, Suzanne was First Vice President and Director of Bank Operations for Commercial Federal Bank, now Bank of the West. Her professional background also includes serving as director of finance, Creighton Preparatory School, and assistant controller, FirsTier Financial. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bellevue University, Bellevue, Nebraska, and is a graduate of ICAN’s Influence program and the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business' Leadership Training and Facilitation program. She serves on ICAN’s board of directors and as Chair of the Visiting Nurse Association board of directors.
