Woodmen of the World


Marsha Graesser leads the Talent Management Team at Woodmen of The World - the largest fraternal benefit society with open membership in the United States.  Her primary focus is leadership development – helping Woodmen develop the next generation of leaders. Marsha has over 10 years of experience in development and training - technical, as well as competency-based in retail and finance.  As a seasoned seminar leader, Marsha has a series of seminar materials focused on successful business practices and team building skills that are unique to leadership development and employee engagement.  She also leads the organization’s Talent Management practices, including the talent assessment process, targeted training for suitably placed, and accelerated development for high-potentials.

Prior to joining Woodmen in 2006, Marsha was a global training consultant at a Fortune 500 company, the world’s leading third-party processor.  Marsha received her bachelor’s degree in Management of Human Resources, from Bellevue University.  She also received certification in Executive Coaching from Kaplan University. 

 

Marsha’s passions include helping people realize their potential and being their best.  She lives in Omaha, with her amazing daughter, Olivia.
