Jackie Pueppke is a partner in the firm’s Financial Transactions Section. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate and financing transactions and general corporate transactions, including real estate sales and acquisitions, leasing, commercial lending, ethanol plant financing, and land use regulations.  Ms. Pueppke also assists clients in obtaining liquor licenses and represents clients at hearings before the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission.

In 2001, she received a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law. During law school, Ms. Pueppke served on staff of the Kansas Law Review, authoring “Closing the Backdoor on Damages: Extending the Actual Malice Standard to Publication Related Damages Resulting from Newsgathering Torts,” 49 Kansas Law Review 693 (April 2001).  She received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Creighton University in 1998.

Ms. Pueppke is licensed to practice law in both Nebraska and Kansas.
