Amber Neubert is a member of the firm’s Corporate Section. She assists both public and private companies in many areas including securities, acquisitions and general corporate law, with a specific focus on the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley, securities offerings, and Exchange Act reporting. She also assists clients in general commercial transactions and in preparing, revising and reviewing contracts. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Neubert was an associate at another Nebraska firm. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2001, where she was awarded the CALI Award for Future Excellence in Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions.  She received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the College of Saint Mary in 1998.
