Jo has a passion for helping women break into leadership in industries that have been traditionally considered 'a man's world', such as technology, finance and energy. Since 1998 Jo has delivered coaching programs to women worldwide. Jo created the Women's Leadership Coaching Inc leadership coaching system, and has logged many thousands of hours coaching women who are in executive and management positions, or aspire to be.  She has traveled widely in Europe and North America to facilitate leadership development programs for women's initiatives in Fortune 1,000 companies, including Oracle, Intel, Wells Fargo, UBS, and many more.  She was named one of Silicon Valley's Women of Influence in 2008.
