Director, H.R., Target Products
Betti has over 20 years experience in Senior Human Resource Leadership roles in both the public and private sectors in Canada and the U.S and worked for 12 years with Motorola as a Human Resource Director and Facilitator at Motorola University. Betti has a Master's in Organizational Psychology and studied whole systems design in Egypt. Betti is the Director, H.R. for Target Products – a wholly owned subsidiary of Quikrete USA. Betti has Affiliate Faculty status at Antioch University Seattle and is also on the Faculty of Capilano University where she teaches H.R. courses in the School of Business. Betti has studied and practiced engagement strategies and believes engagement is the key to an organization’s productivity and profitability and to an employee’s growth and development.
