Rosalind joined the company in 2006 as Regional Vice President of Georgia Operations.  March of 2007 Rosalind was promoted to Division President of the Southeast Operating Division.  Rosalind manages the sales and operating plans for the Southeast Division which consists of 800 stores and 250,000 associates.  She is responsible for the strategic direction of all growth opportunities including new real estate, execution of store innovation and people development. 

Prior to joining Wal-Mart, Rosalind held leadership positions in various marketing, sales, and product development organizations in Kimberly-Clark.  She served as the 2001 Campaign Manager for the United Way at Kimberly-Clark Corporation and is a member of the Johnnetta B. Cole Leadership Society of United Way. Rosalind is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council, serves on the Board of Councilors for the Carter-Presidential Center, a member of the Molson Coors Brewing Co. Board of Directors, and serves as a member of the board of trustees for Spelman College and Woodruff Arts Center.
