Dan Weber Dan Weber
Peak Pathways, LLC

Dan is president of Peak Pathways, L.L.C., is dedicated to helping clients create organizational coherence.  He coaches executives and teams to successfully manage personal, career and business transitions to achieve their desired goals while helping companies thrive by coaching leaders to develop teams to have the best person in each job and an organization has trust in confidence in one another.  Dan has extensive executive management experience in the energy industry, international trade, real estate, manufacturing, technology services and government with organizations that include First Data Corporation, York Manufacturing Company, Enron, and the Nebraska Department of Revenue.

 

Following over thirty years of successful roles in corporate tax, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, operations and finance Dan started Peak Pathways in 2003 to do the work he enjoys the most – helping people to grow and develop to fulfill their potential.  He is an Executive Coach who has experienced the challenges and joys of leading people.  He has felt the numerous demands and pressures of managing a business.  He knows the complexities and thrills of identifying and successfully implementing changes across functional areas.

 

As a presenter and seminar leader, Dan provides information to participants in ways that make both the topic and experience memorable.  His presentations have been used for training and leadership development at client companies, professional associations and as public workshops and programs.  Some of his previous presentations include: The New Art of Hiring Smart; Power and Compassion – Keys to Effective Leadership through Coaching; The Next Frontier – Increasing Productivity by Hiring the Right People for the Job; Planning for Change; Organizational Renewal; Thinking Right – Coaching Right; Successful Leadership Transitions; EQ & Personal Growth; and The Cycle of Renewal.  He serves on the board of the Institute for Career Advancement Needs (ICAN) and as a co-facilitator for ICAN’s “Defining Leadership for Men” program.

 

Dan brings depth, insight, humor, and willingness to his work and relationships.  He is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach with The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, an Accredited Coach Training Program of the International Coach Federation (ICF).  As a member of ICF, he adheres to ICF’s code of ethics for coaches.  In addition to being a Strategic Business Partner with Profiles International, Dan is also certified to administer and interpret the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi®).  He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, College of Business Administration.
