An accomplished human resources professional, Paul has held senior executive positions reporting directly to the CEO at top 50 Internet retailer Oriental Trading Company and Pamida, Inc.  In addition, Paul has owned an independent consulting firm specializing in employee compensation, and has held human resources management positions at Lands’ End.

Paul is recognized for transforming human resources to align with an organization’s strategic vision and mission.  He is also respected for his broad management expertise having directed the building facilities and corporate communications functions at Oriental Trading Company along with overseeing the full breadth of human resources functions.

A Minnesota native, Paul, holds a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), and a B.A. in Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. He has been an adjunct instructor in the UNO department of Psychology.

Paul and his wife, Donna, have three children and reside in Omaha.
