Linda Dugan is Sr. Director of operations support for PayPal, an eBay company. PayPal enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. 

With more than 26 years experience in the financial services industry, Dugan leads PayPal’s Financial Services Operations, which is responsible for developing and providing business strategy, debit card support, collections, privacy/security and collections for PayPal Operations.

Prior to PayPal, Dugan served as Vice President First National Bank of Omaha.  There she managed technical support for Consumer Banking, ATM, credit card, and debit card processing through First National Bank and its holding company banks.

She also serves on the Camp Fire of the Midlands Board of Directors and previously served on the YWCA Board.

Dugan received a bachelor’s degree in business information systems from Bellevue University; where she graduated Summa Cum. Laude.
