Mike has more than 25 years of banking experience and currently is accountable for Human Resources for the holding company, First National of Nebraska (FNN), including First National Bank of Omaha.  He is also active in five related financial holding companies and is a director of the First National Bank of Kansas.  Mike’s direct responsibilities include Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness, Total Rewards, Change Management, Culture and Employee Communications.  He is also instrumental in strategic planning and alignment for FNN and its subsidiaries.  Mike has served on various not-for-profit boards and currently serves on the board of the Wellness Council of the Midlands, and has been the Mayor of Logan, Iowa for the last 12 years.
