Manager, Program Administration

Amy McLaughlin is Program Manager for the Institute for Career Advancement Needs (ICAN, Inc.) As Program Manager, Amy oversees ICAN’s leadership programs, including Defining Leadership for Men and Women, Influence, Focus, and Leadership Basics. Amy previously held program management positions with the Human Resource Association of the Midlands, the Women's Fund of Greater Omaha, and served as Program Coordinator in the Education and Workforce Development Department at the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce. She sits on the Youth Leadership Omaha Selection Committee and is a member of the Human Resource Association of the Midlands and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Amy holds a master's degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Public Administration, both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Creighton University. Most of Amy’s free time is spent with her husband and daughter. Amy finds inspiration from empowering and encouraging people to use their strengths in ways to help better their physical, emotional and spiritual lives.
