Objective: The ICAN Legacy Award was created in 2010 in honor of ICAN’s 30th Anniversary. This annual award will be given at the ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference and will be awarded to an individual or group who have played a significant role in the work and mission of ICAN.
Award Criteria: The recipient shall:
Play an integral part of ICAN for the last five years
Live out the ICAN values of Learning, Inspiring and Connecting
Live out the ICAN mission of developing inspired business leaders who transform the communities they serve.
Believe in the development of community leaders from the inside out.
Develop vital, resilient, and balanced leaders – people who are dedicated to building and sustaining strong, healthy organizational cultures and communities.
Have a history of urging others to implement a life-long continuum of innovative and comprehensive professional and personal leadership development that honors the individual, emphasizes the development of healthy relationships, and resonates with meaning and purpose.
