Aileen WarrenAILEEN WARREN

Vice President of Human Resources
First Data Corporation

 

Aileen Warren,  has over 20 years of Human Resources experience including work in the areas of employee relations, training and development, recruitment, hiring, performance and talent management, mergers and acquisitions, and diversity. 

 

Aileen graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Master of Social Work Degree in 1985 and a Bachelor of Social Work Degree in 1983. 

 

After graduation, she worked at various non-profit organizations where she used her talents to assist individuals who were unemployed and underemployed individuals find job opportunities, networked with community agencies to get the appropriate services for those in need, and provided individual and group counseling services.

 

From 1989 - 1996, she served as corporate trainer for First National Bank of Omaha, where she trained a variety of audiences including clerical support staff, front line supervisors, and mid to executive level management. Aileen excelled in this position and was promoted to Training Officer which included overseeing the management trainee program, serving on the bank’s recruitment team,   and being a bank representative on a variety community boards and organizations.

 

In 1997, she joined First Data Corporation where she has been promoted several times to her current role as Vice President of Human Resources. She has worked at the company for 11 years.

 

She has served on various community boards including Boys and Girls Club of the Midlands, American Red Cross, Inroads, Family Services, and Girls, Inc.  She is also a graduate of the Leadership Omaha and the ICAN Influence Programs. 

 

Aileen has been married to Thomas Warren, Sr.  for 24 years and they have three children, Jessica, Thomas Jr. and Alexandra.
