The ICAN WEteam
Ask Dr. Geil Browning which Emergenetics profile makes the best leaders and she’ll tell you, “There is no such thing as a perfect profile. Successful leaders have every type of profile.”
About WEteams
A WEteam is a brain trust composed of people who represent each attribute in the Emergenetics model. A whole brain approach helps build a strong team with diverse approaches and abilities that produce successful and innovative outcomes. Weteams are more successful because all preferences are represented, and each person understands that the others contribute in difference and valuable ways.

| | | About the ICAN Team The ICAN team has taken the Emergenetics approach to creating a WEteam, or a Whole Emergenetics Team. As a team, this group has a preference for the Social (working with others) and Structural (getting things done) thinking attributes. They are comfortable expressing themselves, value each others’ points of view, and are easy-going. When a problem arises, they are inclined to ask “How is this going to affect people?” With all thinking preferences represented, they approach their work from a wide variety of angles and are inclined to generate workable solutions that appeal to all kinds of people. While every person (and team) possesses, to a certain degree, each Thinking Attribute, sometimes extra energy is needed to ensure that all attributes are represented. The ICAN team’s least represented attribute is, Analytical, which means that those in the group that have a preference for the this attribute may need to make a conscious choice to fill the void. Additionally, those without an Analytical preference may have to work through their strengths to bring a more analytical approach to the group to ensure the team is successful.
