More about INFLUENCE

“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.”
– Alvin Toffler

What is INFLUENCE?

Fifty-two groups of women leaders from across the US have participated in the award-winning program INFLUENCE.

INFLUENCE develops leaders for their organizations, their country and the global economy.  This is an ambitious agenda.  However, many of the over 1,350 graduates of the program confirm that this is their experience.  In fact, over 50% of graduates describe the program as having "life-changing impact." Past participants have come from 21 states and the District of Columbia and can today be found living around the world.

INFLUENCE develops leaders from "the inside out" using the current and real challenges of our world, our nation, our organizations and our families as the basis for all learning activities.  The process that has worked for nearly 25 years creates both large and small learning communities committed to using reflection, shared meaning and action planning.

Content is presented at the equivalent of a Master’s level by program leaders who have taught in colleges and universities across the world.

Each INFLUENCE group is composed of up to 30 women who are sponsored by their organizations.  The selection goal is to create the most diverse group possible from available candidates. The typical group ranges from 28-64 years of age, with an education from GED to Ph.D., M.D., and J.D., a compensation range from under $30,000 to over $500,000 and as many other characteristics of ethnic and occupational diversity as possible.
