Program Overview
ICAN's Defining Leadership series is a gender-specific, four-month leadership and mentoring programs that focuses on the development of self-awareness, communication, team-building, and effective techniques for life-work balance. Leadership development instruments include Emergenetics®, emotional quotient inventory, Interpersonal Influence Inventory, and one-on-one mentoring with a faculty member. This program is designed for women and men with a minimum of five years professional experience who are identified as high-potential employees in their organizations and seeking new opportunities for growth and advancement.
