The Institute for Career Advancement Needs, Inc. (ICAN) is a non-profit leadership development organization offering innovative and comprehensive leadership training for men and women at every level of their careers. ICAN was founded in 1981 in Omaha, Nebraska and has delivered leadership programs to over 16,000 professionals representing hundreds of businesses and nonprofit organizations.
